What a blast it was working with Norman and Laura. 91 sweltering degrees at the end of the day. An fun couple and we were able to capture these great images for their engagement.

Foreplay at Rockin Joes in Bethlehem
What is better than one band on a Saturday night? Two bands !!!! I had the pleasure to listen to foreplay on Saturday and I can they you that this band know how to play some solid tunes. Vocally and instrumentally a very talented group of artists.

Is there really a better way to spend a Saturday night than listening to music. I don’t think so…Especially when you have the opportunity to listen and watch some VERY talented young music artists. If you have not seen Peacekeeper..WHAT ARE YOU WAiTING FOR !!!!
This is my second time seeing the band and I came prepared with my radio triggers-remote flash and colored gels to add a bit of drama.
I was able to fire the flash though a glass window and was hoping I did not bother the bands focus.
The lead off song was purple haze sooooo why not add some purple gels..Well it is only logical you know.
Kudos to Rockin Joe’s.. The food and cappuccino is always stellar !!!

Rock N Joe’s Coffee Shop and PeaceKeeper
We dropped by one of my favorite blogs on Saturday “Lehigh Valley with love” . I got a tip off that free music was going on at Rock N Joe’s coffee lounge in Bethlehem. Who can pass up free music !!!! What a windy Saturday !!!! The people from Rocking Joe’s were trying to secure the door. At first I just thought they were trying to keep me out. Anyway, the food was great and I will be back there again. The first band up to bat were the PeaceKeeper. A young and talented group of musicians who I am sure will go far. I had my camera stuff with me so I had to get a few quick snaps before we left. I wish I had my off camera triggers!!!! Oh well you have what you have. Below are a few of my favorite images.

This is image is of a lovely model named Elyse. Her bridal pictorial was done at Lockridge Furnace in Alburtis Pa. What a wonderful location and we were lucky to capture this image just before the ambient light was gone.

I did a photoshoot with an up and coming model in Bethlehem. I had the opportunity to use a Portrait studio in Bethlehem. I have to say shooting in the studio and then chasing the sun is always fun. This was taken with one key light..one fill and a hair light.
