If you want to know what a Skih wedding is like, play the slide show for Mandy’s wedding this past summer. Mandy and Sunny are a fantastic couple. Mary and myself enjoyed all of the vibrant colors and the tradition of her Skih wedding. Her ceremony was held in a temple located in Philadelphia. We also had the opportunity to create some images for her wedding album at the Ridley Creek State Park.

Wedding season is just ahead !!!! This past Saturday we had the honor to document the 50th wedding anniversary for May and Larry. It was quite the trip due to the new fallen snow in the Lehigh Valley.
The DJ service TopShelf Entertainment Inc. A talented DJ really makes the diffidence when it comes to getting the crowd on the dance floor and TopShelf Entertainment worked their magic.

The Mondale Country Club is going through some major expansion so I thought I would share this image before it goes through it renovation.

Well not really
I do have to say these looked YUMMY !!!! Mary and I were asked to document an Indian baby shower on short notice Sunday. From all of my past experience baby showers are pretty small, casual and pretty uneventful. Hetal and Nasch had a VERY elaborate event on Sunday at the Holiday Inn Stadium in Philadelphia. Over 200 people in formal Indian attire attended. The experience was once for me to remember. The ceremony and dancing was spectacular.

I never heard of Ridley Creek Park until this summer and we ended up shooting at this beautiful location twice. Angela and Mark were a terrific couple and we really enjoy spending their special day with them. Ridley Creek Park is a great place to have a wedding or enjoy a nice relaxing afternoon. Hunting Hill Mansion at Ridley Creek State Park is a large English-Tudor style mansion-house. The original stone farmhouse was constructed in 1789 and the Jeffords family added on to the existing structure in 1914. The age and beauty of the interior is very apparent in all of the wood used inside the Mansion.

This is one of my favorite images from Normans and Laura’s wedding this past summer. Me and Mary attended the Photo Plus Expo in New York City in October. We had the opportunity to meet with an Onone software representative and watch one of their new program demonstrations. The new integration with Photoshop and their new pricing strategy really got our attention. A little photoshop magic and a dash of Onone textures really gives this image a nice painterly effect.
We really enjoyed the Riverview Country Club venue. There we so many opportunities to capture some great images for Norman and Laura.

The wedding season at least for me and Mary has ended for this year and we are both looking forward to next years exciting wedding season. The wheels have not stopped turning !!! We are researching new vendors with exciting and new products.
Mary and I just finished designing our new sample album containing over 60 pages !!! We met the Graphi Studio team at Photoplus in New York City in October. We were really impressed with their wedding albums. What I love about Graphi Studio is all of the options available. Everything from paper surfaces to covers have a wide range of options. Their albums are handmade in Italy and the delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks.

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to work at the Turkey Hill Inn in Summit New Jersey. The location was wonderful and it is over 100 years old and a victorian style. I was working with Jennifer who is the owner of the Clay Botique Shop www.claybouquetshop.com . Jennifer designs and creates unique handmade wedding bouquets and floral accessories out if clay..Petal by Petal !!
I had the opportunity to work with some very talented models who adorned Jennifers creations.
Kimbery Ann was one of the models that I had an opportunity to work with and this is one of my favorite images of her.

It takes a team to pull off a spectacular wedding. Every last detail counts and especially the makeup for the bride. I was asked by Erica of Cheekadee Makeup for some images from Mandy wedding.
Indian weddings are never a one day event !!! Mandys’ engagment party was at her father’s restaurant the Sultan which is located in Lansdale Pa. I love Indian food and I can tell you the food was excellent. The wedding was held in an Indian temple in Philadelphia and we had a limited time to capture Mandy’s formal wedding images in Ridley Creek park.

The Crayloa Factory in Easton Pa is a great location. The building is painted with rich and vibrant colors. The building and colors lead to an interesting image. To achieve this unusual wedding image, an 8mm fisheye lens was used.

We had the honor of documenting Diana and John’s wedding last Saturday in Easton Pa. It was a very upscale and romantic wedding. Weddings are always rushed and they never follow the original plan. Fortunately, we had sometime during the cocktail hour. We were able to make a short visit to the Crayola Factory in Easton. The colors of the Crayola factory were vibrant and bright. I guess you would expect nothing less from Crayola.
